LENZERHEIDE

Lenzerheide is the holiday destination in the canton of Grisons to be reached the quickest from Zurich. A shorter journey means a longer holiday! From Chur it will only take you 20 minutes to be in the middle of the region. If travelling by public transport, you can take the ‘Postauto Graubünden’ busses directly from Chur to Lenzerheide.

The villages of  Malix, Churwalden, Parpan, Valbella, Lenzerheide, Vaz/Obervaz (Lain, Muldain and Zorten) Lantsch/Lenz and Brienz/Brinzauls are part of Lenzerheide. Each village contributes its share to the uniqueness of the holiday region of Lenzerheide.

BY CAR

From Basel: To reach the region of Lenzerheide from Basel (approx.  3 hours) or Zürich (approx.  1,5 hours) take the highway A3 to Chur. Drive to Chur-Süd, take the exit to Lenzerheide (Exit No. 17) and you will arrive at your destination in about 20 minutes.

From Milan: Coming from Milan, you can reach the holiday region Lenzerheide through Lugano, taking the San-Bernadino Tunnel, then the express road through Thusis to Chur. From there take the exit to Lenzerheide and then you are at your destination in about 20 minutes.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

You can reach the holiday region Lenzerheide comfortably and easily using public transport. Getting to Chur from Zürich is no problem and will take you about an hour and 25 minutes by train. From there you take the bus and will reach Lenzerheide in approx. 40 minutes. The arrivals of the trains (SBB) were adapted to the departures of the buses, so there are no long waiting periods. BY PLANE

The Zürich international airport (Flughafen Zürich ZRH www.uniqueairport.ch) is accessible from Lenzerheide in about 2 hours using public transport.

SPORTSBUS

Let your car have a vacation too. Use the free sportsbus, which will bring you to all the important points around the Lenzerheide-Valbella lake in both directions. You can get the sportsbus schedule at the local tourist office and in the bus itself. The sportsbus operates in winter from the middle of December until the middle of April and in summer from the beginnig of July until August.
